Kapolei has grown fast enough to earn the nickname of Oahu’s second city, with new subdivisions still going up on what used to be open Leeward-side land. It’s also the longest regular drive our crew makes from Kailua.
Newest Construction on the Island
Because so much of Kapolei is recently built, our crew sees fewer of the quirks that come with older homes — narrow doorways, original wiring, uneven floors. What we plan around instead is scale: bigger subdivisions, longer walks from parking to the front door in some phases.

Who We’re Moving to Kapolei
A lot of Kapolei growth comes from people relocating to Oahu for work or family, which means a fair share of our jobs there start as a mainland shipment landing at Honolulu Harbor before the final leg to a new subdivision.
