Aiea climbs the hillside above Pearl Harbor, which means a lot of homes here come with harbor views and the sloped driveways and stairs that go with hillside building. It’s also a longer drive from our Kailua base than the Windward towns.
Factoring In the Drive
Getting from Kailua to Aiea means crossing the island via H-3 or the Pali/Likelike, not a quick trip down Kalanianaole Highway. We build that drive time into scheduling so your crew shows up at the agreed time, not late because of island traffic.
Scheduling across the island
Aiea, Pearl City, and Mililani jobs all cross H-3 or the Likelike from our Kailua base. We factor that into the booking window, so ask about timing when you schedule.
Hillside Homes, Sloped Access
Streets that climb the hillside above Pearl Harbor often mean a sloped driveway or a set of exterior stairs between the street and the front door. Sloped access changes how we position the truck and stage furniture, more than it changes the total job.
