HOA Rules Before the Truck Shows Up
Plenty of Hawaii Kai communities require move-in and move-out notices, reserved elevator windows, or a certificate of insurance from the moving company. We handle that paperwork as part of the booking, not as a surprise on move day.

Marina-front properties
Homes backing onto a marina sometimes have dock or gate access separate from the street entrance. Flag it at the walkthrough so we don’t guess on move day.
Newer Homes, Different Furniture
- Newer construction generally means wider doorways and hallways than older Windward homes
- Two- and three-car garages are common, giving us more staging room
- Condo and townhome sections still need elevator or stair coordination
Our house moving and condo moving crews both work Hawaii Kai regularly, and it compares well with neighboring Waimanalo.
